Dr. Miller is very personable and takes an interest in her patients. The staff is great as well. They are very patient and helpful while you’re deciding what glasses to buy. I’ve been going here for more than a few years and have always had great service.

Dr. Susan Miller was very caring and knowledgeable during my eye exam.The only problem I had was the fact that my insurance was not accepted by her office even though I explained to them that my insurance has vision coverage and that Pearle Vision was considered as one of the in-the-network providers. Before I left, I had to pay for the exam.Once home I contacted my insurance company and they will reach out to them and hopefully rectify the situation and reimburse me for the cost of the exam.

Dr. Miller is fantastic. She's been seeing my kids and I for years. I appreciate her personal service and attentiveness to EACH of our individual needs.I wanted to say I was very disappointed to hear Mandy was no longer there. She was THE BEST. She knew the answer to EVERY question and similar to Dr. Miller, was very friendly and attentive to ALL of our needs.
