The Cook manager and employees we dealt with were available anytime we came in with questions, and during our Visitation event. After everything was finished, I, as widow, received a packet with printed materials, ie Obituary, recommendations on going forward, mourning counseling, etc. All in all I thought it was a very efficient service, and they were kind and sympathetic people.

We were so appreciative of every Cook employee that we encountered. Each person showed us so much care and respected the decisions we made that would honor our mom. After sitting by mom’s bedside the last few days before she passed we were concerned how she would look for an open casket but they did a fabulous job of preparing her for our viewing. It was just what our hearts needed! The printed programs, music, slide show and visitation preparations were all done with excellence. Thank you for helping us through this time of grief.
