What a wonderfully professional company. Me and my girlfriend were purchasing our first house. The inspection found an issue with the foundation. And we had already been put off on the actual purchase due to other issues with the house pushing us out to over a month. And we were cutting it very close for our leases to expire so it was quite urgent. I made a call explaining our situation to Jeremiah and Nick and they were above professional and quick with coming out and giving it a look making me feel very comfortable that they had my back. They even worked with an engineering firm that was required from the underwriter.

We've had many contractors in and out of our house over the past 4 years. Jeremiah, Alan, Joe and crew at West Michigan Waterproofing were phenomenal to work with and BY FAR the best team that has done work for us. They were timely, communicated clearly and frequently, very professional, prices were fair, cleaned up well after each day, no foul language, extremely hard working and very respectful! I was super impressed by how quickly they got the job done and their quality of work is supreme. Given we live in a 130 year old house and nothing is level, they did an amazing job with what they had to work with. Thank you so much for fixing our house!!
I am glad they are the company we used, given the unfortunate situation we were in. Everything from the estimator being on time, to preparing very detailed quote, to the crew who came and did the job. The job is no easy task, but the crew did an awesome job. The crew maintained a clean work space, worked very hard, and were a pleasure to be around. If in the event you ever need this service, don't hesitate to call them!
