*UPDATED* March 30th 2023I as well don’t understand all the negative comments regarding this office! I been seeing Dr. Zalosko for over 5 years now at the old office as well at this location. Regrading the new location I was sent multiple emails stating if the new location before they actually moved there along with my appointment reminder updates it was also stating the new location and address as well. When it comes to appointments and arrival times they ask you to arrive 20 mins before scheduled appointment time also I was running late for my appointment by like 5 mins so I called to let them know this and the receptionist told me it’s fine that they give a 10...read full review

Dr. Zelasko and all the staff are wonderful. I'm shocked to read some of the negative reviews regarding West Michigan Family Health. The staff and doctors are caring, understanding and I have never had a bad experience or unable to be seen if needed. I have been a patient there for almost 25 years. They truly try and help when you have a medical issue and will refer to a Specialist only when needed.
