The staff, care providers and the office environment are amazing. Everyone is friendly and very accommodating. I always enjoy my experience at every visit and look forward to the next! 10/10!

I've been tempted to try JuvedermXc on my lips for over a year, but I also hate needles and am overall a pretty big wuss. So I continued to dream until a great offer and a kick of confidence hit me and I am here to say, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO GET LIP FILLER.1st, if you've ever had a lip flip, filler is not going to feel the same at all, it's way less spicy! ALSO, ask for a distraction. There's this little wand thing that vibrates, and because I was so nervous, Mikaela (my botox babe) tapped my leg while Drea did the filler too, which helped. *** Updating my review to offer the benefit of the doubt to the spa. The manager called me today and seemed sincere in the fact that they will work on the scheduling process. Although I did NOT at any point ask or insinuate I would like any form of benefit/product that I have not already paid for, they did offer me some type of product for post care of my next BBL Moxy. I think that was thoughtful, not needed but a kind gesture on their behalf. If the scheduling issue is resolved I plan on changing my review to a 5 star.I became a monthly reward member back in September of 23.
