I have been going consistently for a couple years now and I'm so glad I finally found a form of movement that I enjoy. One of the things that keeps me coming back is how good the instructors are. They offer modifications or new things to add onto movements for more support or more of a challenge, or they'll include tips to help with posture and I'll notice things I didn't even think about and get to fix them to improve my form. For me, it is well worth the cost. I will gladly pay the membership fee for better health as I grow older.
I have been coming to Twisted Hot Yoga for over 4 years now and cannot say enough amazing things about them! They offer so many different types of classes and I thoroughly enjoy each one! All of the instructors are amazing and are very knowledgeable about all aspects of yoga and are excited to share them with fellow yogis! I have made so many friends here and I’m always excited for class!
This studio has a great variety of classes throughout the day! So, no matter what time you can fit in a class, Twisted is there for you! They have wonderful teachers, too, who know the true practice of yoga.
