Former patient, moved to Florida and have cataracts. Trying to schedule cataract surgery obviously as soon as possible. The only hold up? Waiting for my records to be transferred from Trinity Health. The request was sent in a week ago, so far no response. I’m walking around half blind because a clerk in Michigan hasn’t found time to fax my records. This is the second time this has happened in less than a year. Tried calling the records department only to be on hold for 30 minutes. Left call back number to no avail.

I just want to say I am so thankful that I chose Trinity home care as the place to have the young ladies come and take care of me while I'm recuperating at home from my hospital experience, I want to tell you that all 4 of the girls that came to my house were just wonderful and I'm going to list Lindsay, I'm going to list Dinah and I'm going to list Tracy with especially, I want to tell you about the lady that you sent by the name of Karen to help me with a shower never in my lifewould i expected to need help. But She helped scrub my back and feet she helped with lotion she had my towel ready. What a blessing. I enjoyed and appreciated all the help. Thank you.Margene!

Karen attended to my MIL, Norma, whose 97. Norma doesn't have the QR capabilities on her phone, so I am using mine. She wanted to praise Karen! Karen was kind and very accommodating. We all want to thank her!

Hi. Im Cindy VandenBerg in Grand Rapids Mi. Im home from hospital and rehab. I have big wounds on both lower legs. My home wound care nurse is Jeremy. Trinity health home care. My care is above excellence. He is prompt to scheduled time and ready to work. He thinks outside the box. He is efficient. We have gotten to know each other. His care is proficient. I feel blessed to have him as my nurse. He exceeds all all categories of home care and if something needs attention he is on his phone to resolve the issue. Thank you Jeremy. Im the lucky one.

I was shuttled to random doctors for my sinus problems and bleeding bowel movements. Everything my main doctor found was treated as a major issue that needed to be resolved now. When i went to their specialist they were confused why i was there the 3 times i was sent. I was shipped out of all of them saying that whatever my main doctor thought he saw wasnt there so go to the next specialist. I eventually get back to my main doctor and instead of trying to findout what we need to do next im sent home with the perscription of baby wipes and we will see if it clears up in a month (after several months of consistant bleeding more than half the week) no help, and no desire to help. I guess i was shipped around to random doctors to get a few extra payments before they gave up on giving any care entierly

Dr Marry Hassan was late to work. I was having hard situation and all cardio team help me. She waited everyone else leaving from room. She scolded to me as a child. She already came with anger face. It was so big disappointment.

They were very flexible and The Times they could visit. They were very professional when they came to help me out. And they left me documents so I could work on some of the problems at home when they're not here. I really enjoyed the home health aid Karen. She was very, very good and all of the people from Trinity. Health home health care knew their business well.
