I have been going to today's nails since they were in Meijers a decade ago. By chance I got Jason once, loved his work, stayed with him. He is super fussy till your nails look amazing. When I by accident smudged my 2 nails bad, rubbed it on the drier, he redid both nails. No problem. The staff here is great and the interaction between clients and staff is very casual and fun. After a few times, they know your name and will ask about past trips, wedding's, fancy dances & conversations. I have gone to Todays nails for so long, and I have never really seen anyone leave mad or unhappy, unless that was the plan all along. When you want the moon, but don't explain exactly what you want, then talk on the phone the entire time and ignore your nails, (hello, pay attention the first few times; they are not mind readers they need your input!). then scream bloody murder it wasn't exactly what you wanted. It was you, not them! I once saw a group of 4 young ladies who had new nails done, and a top of the line pedi, yell and scream when it came time to pay, and 2 of them ran out not paying! Lol, when they tried it again at another salon, their pictures were up, and they got no 2nd chance to get beautiful and run! ROFL! They fix what you want, and they are always up to date on colors and techniques. I am older and don't do the younger crowd's dance nails, but I love seeing them! I am content to have white polka dots for over 15 years on my thumbs. All in all its an excellent place to get nails and pedicures done. Wasn't happy with person who did my brows, but I am fussy, and they are super blond, so you barely can see them, but I see then close up 2x a day applying make up, and fake brows! lol.
