We received outstanding service from the moment we arrived at the spa. The front desk lady was hospitable, friendly and we immediately felt pampered. The massages me and my daughters received were wonderful. Again, we felt like royalty. We also received pedicures and really enjoyed those as well. Both cosmetologists were meticulous, attentive and friendly. Thank you to the Spa staff all around. We will definitely return.Service: Pedicure
My daughters and I really enjoyed our experience at the Amway Grand hotel. The hotel was beautiful and the tower room we stayed in was clean, modern, included a fridge as well. The hotel itself is truly "grand" and beautiful to walk around in. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. Taco Alley steak tacos were amazing! The pool and hot tub was relaxing and beautiful at night with the blue lighting. The workout room was well equipped as well. We also visited the spa for pedicures and massages and had a wonderful experience. The parking was pricey at first but the skywalk from the garage was very convenient and we always had a guaranteed parking spot... read full review
Great Atmosphere, kind staff. Was there for a conference during art prize, the hotel was a bit confusing due to all the people from art prize and conferences. I got lost a few times. The rooms were nice although my view was not as nice, I would prefer something other than the back of another building. At times it felt like the rooms were paper thin I could hear full fledge conversations of people in the halls and rooms next to mine, and it seemed like everyone had to slam there door to close it.
