We received outstanding service from the moment we arrived at the spa. The front desk lady was hospitable, friendly and we immediately felt pampered. The massages me and my daughters received were wonderful. Again, we felt like royalty. We also received pedicures and really enjoyed those as well. My daughters and I really enjoyed our experience at the Amway Grand hotel. The hotel was beautiful and the tower room we stayed in was clean, modern, included a fridge as well. The hotel itself is truly "grand" and beautiful to walk around in. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. Taco Alley steak tacos were amazing! The pool and hot tub was relaxing and beautiful at night with the blue lighting. The workout room was well equipped as well. We also visited the spa for pedicures and massages and had a wonderful experience. The parking was pricey at first but the skywalk from the garage was very convenient and we always had a guaranteed parking spot so it was worth it. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel ?

Terrible experience. Our room wasn’t ready at 6:40PM, the girl at front desk was incredibly rude, we were already late for a concert and begged her to just put us anywhere. So they put us in a suite without mentioning anything - proceeded to CHARGE US for it and refused to remove the charge or do anything to compensate !!! So so bad!

I visited Amway spa and salon with family over the Christmas season.Massage- The deep tissue massage was quality and the reason they received two stars.Facial- The anti aging facial was horrendous. She was defensive when I asked for the temperature to be turned up due to me being cold. I left with a headache due to her patting my skin with her very long nails instead of receiving a massage. This patting was on my face, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. She never once asked if I was comfortable or enjoying it. She also had very little general knowledge about the anti-aging facial treatments she was performing on me.Pedicure-They did not have staffing for the pedicure my family and I had booked months prior. There was one employee for the three of us which meant we had to wait in the most uncomfortable chairs to have our nails painted one at a time. The foot massage we had paid for was not what I would call a massage. She hurriedly touched my feet to be able to say I had a massage. At that point I did not care because I was ready to be out of the chair. Also do not waste your time with the paraffin bath, it was simply a plastic bag my feet were placed in with some wax in it. It was underwhelming and pointless. Note, I typically really like paraffin baths.Please do your self a favor and go somewhere cheaper with better quality treatments.I have been hesitant putting on such a horrible review, but this experience was bad.Service: Pedicures

Megan gave THE MOST AMAZING deep tissue massage I have ever had!!!! I always walk away disappointed with deep tissue massages but this was beyond incredible!

Great Atmosphere, kind staff. Was there for a conference during art prize, the hotel was a bit confusing due to all the people from art prize and conferences. I got lost a few times. The rooms were nice although my view was not as nice, I would prefer something other than the back of another building. At times it felt like the rooms were paper thin I could hear full fledge conversations of people in the halls and rooms next to mine, and it seemed like everyone had to slam there door to close it.
