It has been one week since my LASIK surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with my results! I scheduled my consultation and was able to have my surgery the very same day at the Grand Rapids office which was very convenient for me since I live in Lansing.
I had a lot of questions throughout the experience, and Jamie was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions before and after surgery, and I truly appreciated his kindness and support. Getting Lasik was the best decision i’ve ever made. The team did an amazing job from the first time i walked in to the day i walked out. They were knowledgeable on anything i needed to know which calmed my nerves tremendously. Team was amazing and im so happy i can finally see well and can part ways with my expensive contacts!
Very knowledgeable staff. From the call to make the appointment all the way to the procedure and post op appointment the instructions were very clear and the staff were very helpful, friendly and compassionate throughout the whole process. I recommend 10/10 for everything
