Prior to the retirement of Chris Brown, we never had an issue, but this year our taxes were done incorrectly and it has cost us time and money. We have been waiting patiently for over four months for things to be resolved. I keep on having to call or contact them for updates. No one has been reaching out to me without my prompting. We will be doing our own taxes next year.

I’ve used them for years & trust and appreciate the entire staff. I’ve referred many friends here & have often joked that were it not for Jason and the other staff members I’d probably be sent to prison by the IRS by now because I am so bad at math, but it’s not entirely a joke. I really am that bad at math. :) Everyone here is wonderful — always so quick to respond & super helpful. Alison & Delany helped me on my taxes this year & they were just fantastic (please give l them a raise!!) All of my friends that have switched to this firm have been really happy, and I even got my partner who is a small business owner to switch after he was fed up with his accountant not caring about him because they were “too small.” Thank you for everything you guys do! I don’t know how I’d survive taxes without you. Best money I’ve ever spent.
