I was unaware that I could not exchange a pillow cover for a different cover. If there is a no exchange policy it should be more clearly stated. If you can't return a pillow cover there should be a better color description and better photographs that more helpful when choosing a color. The photographs have a dreamy atmosphere so it is hard to tell. There is absolutely no customer service. They do not answer inquires or emails before or after a purchase. My fault that I bought the hype from the TV show

After discovering Stoffer Home from the show series, I was excited to order and really wanted to love the tea cups and matchstick holders. Unfortunately, the matchstick holders wouldn't light the matches (which is why I purchased them for always-ready striker) and the cups were smaller than I liked. Ordered these despite shipping fees for delivery and returns. And the products didn't qualify for returns, I guess it's considered "furniture". Slightly disappointed.

Being a fan of Jeans work and watching the show, I wanted to see what the shop had to offer! I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased 3 ceramic pieces that are absolutely beautiful. They were fairly well priced and the quality is exceptional. They are proudly displayed in our home...and I will continue to shop at Stoffer Home!
