Grand Master Rick and the other teachers have such patience while teaching the kids. Even in a bigger class your child gets the 1on1 attention feel where and when they need it. Watching the confidence level of both of my children grow with each class has been amazing. We look forward to continuing!

I love how Grand Master Rick teaches the kids self defense techniques. it is so important to have a few options for each potential situation. They are learning very important information, When and if they are in a situation that calls for it, they know what to do and how to do it.

Our kids love Standale Karate (and so do we)! Master Rick is fabulous with the kids - who knew you could get kids to think hard work is fun?! Our 3 year old can't wait to join big brother and sister soon.

We love Standale Karate! My son has Tourette's, but karate gives him a place to feel like a normal kid. Master Rick, Jan, and the other instructors all make us feel like family, and always encourage our son to keep working and doing his best! We are so glad to be there!

We love Standale Karate along with Master Rick and Jan! They run an excellent program. Both my sons took Karate for several years when they were younger, but when other sports started to outrank karate, they decided to give it up. I will always have a special place in my heart for Master Rick and Jan, they helped build character, responsibility, respect and dedication in my boys! They will always have you and your kids in their best interest! Love Standale Karate!!

Karate has been great for my son and I cannot imagine him taking it anywhere else. Standale Karate is the best! Master Rick is as passionate about the people he teaches as he is about the skills he is teaching them.
