I have been a patient for 2 years now. At the first appointment, I honestly was not expecting much. I am happy to have experienced the caring and understanding of the Dr and staff. I have no issues and would recommend it to anyone.

My father was a patient here. He will no longer be coming to them for help. If you love your family members I would suggest somewhere else.

Terrible clinic. You won't get your meds on time that you need, your appointment won't be scheduled correctly or on the right day. And you'll get billed alot of money for service that a group of teens could provide you. Honestly if it wasn't for the dr. And a awesome nurse I would have left a long time ago. This will be my last visit. Can't keep paying for service that's not as should be when giving medical care.

Collects data and research on vulnerable clients without their consent. Theyre funded through the opioid lawsuit, and so many clinical trials are required for that funding. Be very careful of what drugs their trying to sell you, how much, and their side effects.

Olivia Cain is one of the nicest people I’ve met coming here the past few years and she’s always kind during appointments I’m glad she’s back now.

This clinic was recommended to me last November by our local urgent care clinic. I was looking for the monoclonal infusion due to coming down with Covid. When I called SHMCM I was very specific on what I was looking for. They confirmed they do offer the infusion and set up an virtual appt. At no time did they ask for my insurance information. I proceeded with the virtual appt and the PA informed me they no longer offer the monoclonal infusion after the scheduler said they did. I said there was no reason to continue the visit since I was only looking for the infusion and not interested in pills, etc. The appt was maybe 5 minutes long. I assumed they would just write off the visit since they falsely claimed they offered the infusions. Imagine my suprise when I got a bill for $341! I called and explained what happened and they said they would look into it. I then got another bill. I called again and they said they would have their review team look at it. I didn't hear from anyone and figured it was resolved. I got another bill and called again. Each time I call, I am routed to CoreMed and have to go through several prompts and wait on hold for several minutes before reaching a live person. Sharon was very nice and read me what the review team decided. You would think they would have contacted me instead of just sending another bill threatening to send me to collections! Their comment about the schedulers not advising on what treatments are available is completely false. I was very specific when I called their clinic on why I had called and what I needed. If they had told me at that moment that the infusion was no longer being offered by their clinic I never would have proceeded with the appointment. The person I spoke with sounded very much like they did still do the infusions and could assist me with it.I am very upset that they took advantage of me especially when I was ill at the time. They were not transparent and the fact that I have had to call at least three times to try to get this resolved is beyond frustrating. They still have never asked for my insurance information and I am sure if they did now it would be denied. This experience has been unacceptable. This clinic needs better communication and should not be misleading. I would not recommend this clinic.

Dr. Erck and his staff are amazing. He takes the time to listen and understand you as a patient, to better help you get treatment or help and working through things. If you do drive here, don't forget to validate your parking which they do. Thankful to have a PCP I can connect with!
