Recently we used Service Professor in Portage for a plumbing leak and as usual they did great. Jim Schultz did a great job fixing the problem and took the time to give us different quotes to fix the problem and also for other things we might want to do now or wait to later. He also gave us other ideas to help on other things to avoid future problems.

Service Professor customer service picked up right away and had a tech to my place all in less than an hour! The tech they sent was friendly and professional and got the job done in a timely manner. It’s a wonderful feeling not having to worry about plumbing issues during the holidays ☺️ The tech was also transparent in explaining that the work he did today is only a temporary solution to a much bigger problem and I appreciated that.

Blake came to check out our electrical heat tape and let us know what needed to be done for the heat tape to work. Everything was itemized. There were options of pay and discounts for veterans. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction.
