Had a really strange situation at our home. We were in Florida, scheduled to return home in a couple of days, with our neighbor watching our house. We had a breaker go off which controlled our entire garage. She had a key for our inside house door in the garage but was unable to enter the garage due to all power, including our garage doors, being off. We have a Wi-Fi lock on the front door but it was “unreachable” by Wi-Fi and would not accept any codes on the keypad. The keys for that lock were located in the house. I took an expensive door knob with a jammed latch to another lockshop and they said it couldn't be repaired. Brought it over to Robbins and a hour later its working perfect. I know where to go first next time.
