I cannot be more pleased with the service I received today. My appointment was to have my A/C checked out for the season but I got so m8ch more. My technician (so sorry I don't remember his name) was wonderful. He went over how my components were doing, suggested preventive measures and a very affordable maintenance plan. I highly recommend that you do business with R&R. I am so pleased. I know I already said that but it bears repeating. ☺️
Very satisfied with R&R customer service, from scheduling all the way down to the technicians. My technicians Soco and Julian were awesome, friendly, considerate and efficient. Very happy with their service and care for your home while working. I also want to thank Rolondo for his hard efforts on getting the job done and working on me and my family’s behalf. One of the best experiences we have had as a client. Case and Erik absolutely did a great job and were always helpful and always did what they were supposed to. Would absolutely recommend this company and if you can request Case or Erik I would recommend you do.
