I just had a new furnace installed by R&R Heating and Cooling. The team, consisting of Julian and Soco, was professional, tidy, and completed the job on schedule. They took the time to explain all the details about the new system and its warranty. They were happy to answer our questions and ensured that everything was functioning correctly. We are extremely satisfied with the excellent service we received. There was absolutely no mess left behind. I highly recommend them!
Very satisfied with R&R customer service, from scheduling all the way down to the technicians. My technicians Soco and Julian were awesome, friendly, considerate and efficient. One of the best experiences we have had as a client. Case and Erik absolutely did a great job and were always helpful and always did what they were supposed to. Would absolutely recommend this company and if you can request Case or Erik I would recommend you do.
