Nice gals. Hair and makeup looked great. One thing I didn’t like is I booked an updo and makeup. Once they realized it was for a wedding (Weds afternoon) and only my daughter and I; the price changed to almost double as I was billed for “wedding services”. These were no different from “everyday” updos and on a weekday. I wasn’t expecting the double pricing.
I specifically asked for my hair to be curled with real curls. Instead i was given relaxed ringlets, i really needed my curls to be curly for evening. I asked “could you put mousse in hair for better hold.”? Her response, “I’m using plenty of hairspray”. By 7pm that evening no curl, no ringlet. My hair dresser and lady at counter seemed not able to comprehend my request for curls. At beginning I specifically said i do not want the popular relaxed waves in hair but CURLS. The $15 dollar eye lashes were nice. Very very disappointed . I will try someplace else
We had a wonderful experience. Betsy is an outstanding manager who went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She was able to turn around and reverse an unpleasant experience we had previously, making us feel valued and genuinely cared for. The stylist was very talented, professional, and made the entire visit enjoyable.
I highly recommend the wet hair blowout, it’s an amazing option and delivers fantastic results. Based on this experience, I would definitely consider trying their Beauty Series services and joining the club for regular salon visits.
