I've never had any work done by these guys but I have interacted with some of their crews on job sites and I'm willing to say that they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is Happy let alone anybody that is in the general vicinity of their work their willing to help.
I was without a method of cleaning the snow off of my vehicle, add one of your employees was ready and willing to help without being asked. That's the kind of men and women I want working for me. I use Premiere services for my company. They always do a great job, today the technician, Drew, went above and beyond by confirming our needs within the home upon discovering a couple items we weren't aware of. Drew rocks, thank you man!
Working with Alex Shore has been awesome! Always answers his phone and responds to requests in a timely manner. Crushes all projects and communication is spot on. Great to work with! Highly recommend
