I completed my Pilates training and test-out with Dayle, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and thorough, while creating a welcoming and encouraging environment. Dayle truly cares about proper technique, cueing and helping instructors grow with confidence. I'm so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her and Bovee Pilates to anyone pursuing Pilates training or looking to deepen their practice.

I visited this studio when I was in town traveling for a work trip and absolutely fell in love! The atmosphere is so welcoming, the instructors are knowledgeable, and it’s a place where EVERY body is celebrated! I loved it so much I started my Pilates training journey and have been back for two training weekends since, and plan to continue my education there too! Highly, highly recommend Bovee Pilates!

I had the most incredible (virtual) education experience at Bovee Pilates. Ahmee's training sessions were so thorough and thoughtful, and not once was I ever lost or feeling bored. Not only did I learn how to teach Pilates, but how to be an instructor that people want to keep going back to. I have other Pilates certifications through other educators (that I did in person!!!) and Ahmee's was beyond any of my other training courses. I really appreciate how attentive and responsive both Ahmee and Amy H. were through the many months of training and testing out. I will certainly be taking more courses through Bovee Pilates in the future!
