Went with a friend to check out Bovee Pilates in Gaslight Village, they offer a free first time class. What a great experience! The main reformer studio is set up more intimately than other Pilates studios I'd tried, offering smaller class sizes. They gave is a taste of all the different workouts we'd get, muscles we'd work, at a nice intro pace. Staff was very friendly. Clean waiting areas and cubbies with locks. They now will be offering medical massage as well! Definitely signing up to add this into my workout routine.

Formerly Pilates in East, Ahmé Bovée has grown her studio & its reputation as a premier studio over the last 15 years. No weekend warrior trained instructors here! Balanced Body studio that offers private & reformer classes grounded in pilates fundamentals. Beautiful, sunny studio with easy parking (including the garage.). Pricing reasonable & well worth it!

Thank you so much for the wonderful weekend learning reformer 2. I am beginning to feel like things are starting to click a little more, even though I still have a lot of practicing to do. You are a fantastic teacher and really make the material easy to understand plus enjoyable.
