Dr. Hammond and Anna are wonderful! Dr. Hammond did a surgery for my daughter, who is a minor. He and Anna were so understanding and kind. They explained everything very well and made her so comfortable. We traveled from Texas to Grand Rapids for the surgery and it was so very worth it!

I am six months post-op from my fifth breast surgery. When I found out I needed a fifth surgery, I heavily researched to find the best possible breast surgeon. Dr. Hammond is incredible on paper. #3 breast surgeon in the country, has his own patented closure method, and rave reviews from endless patients. I can now personally say, his credentials on paper don’t do him justice! Dr. Hammond is the BEST!!!!! I was an extremely complex case, and he FIXED me!!! Dr. Hammond is an absolute genius, with a very particular eye, and a wonderful bedside manner. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hammond and his amazing team to absolutely everyone! Dr. Goote did an amazing job on my breast reduction. I had struggled with back pain for years and spent years wanting to get a reduction. I checked out a couple surgeons and felt most comfortable with Dr. Goote. She explained everything to me in great detail so I knew exactly what to expect. I’ve been seeing Lisa at PIP for about a year now to address hyperpigmentation, and I can’t say enough about her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to thoroughly explain every step of the treatment process—which matters when we’re talking about your face.
Recently, I went in for a consult about some looseness in my lower face. I’m not ready for a facelift but wanted something more impactful than filler and tox, which I’ve done before with just okay results. Dr Goote (who needs a separate review- best surgeon I have even been to and I have had 4 surgeries) recommended a series of three Morpheus8 treatments.
I’ll be honest—I was nervous about the pain. I’ve had laser treatments before that were intense, to say the least. But Lisa told me about a new medication you take a few hours before the procedure that helps block pain signals. I figured I’d try it.
When I say I felt little to no pain and about 70% of the procedure I felt nothing, I’m not exaggerating—it might even be more. I was also lasered the same day, and while I could feel some pulses, I was never uncomfortable. That’s a first for me.
These treatments, when done by someone like Lisa who truly understands skin, facial structure, and how everything works together, can deliver incredible results. And this pain-management approach is a game changer—it really opens the door for people who want results without the fear of discomfort.
