They were extremely friendly and very accommodating. They had short notice to serve someone in Greenville, which was about 50 miles away. They took care of it, professionally and expeditiously and an extremely fair price.

Unprofessional and frustrating. Avoid. My first experience with Paralegal Services was great. During the second experience, every time George, the owner, involved himself, he brought nothing but confusion and unprofessionalism. The first time George interjected himself, I got the feeling he was trying to get out of doing work I already paid him for. The second time, he wants to charge me extra for a step that was included the first time. This happened days after one of his employees told me this step was already done. I ask a question to try to understand and he admits that he doesn't know what is going on and I need to wait to speak to the employee tomorrow. Then he hangs up on me. I will not be using them in the future.
