After having had radical head and neck cancer surgery and reconstruction, and then 6 weeks of daily radiation (all down at Cleveland Clinic), I was instructed to find a local Physical Therapist who could help me manage the facial lymphedema that would result from the removal of 88 lymph nodes in my neck.
After a bit of prayer about this (😌), my niece then gave me an excellent recommendation and referral for NovaCare’s Mackenzie Harris!

I began my treatment with Joe after a very long and challenging illness which left me severely underweight and weakened. Over this past year Joe has successfully assisted me despite frequent setbacks with my health. His high level skills, sensitivity and never ending encouragement and creativity have allowed me to move forward, strengthen and grow more hopeful and confident. Mo has done a wonderful job managing my scheduling and other paperwork requirements. I have recommended their services to many friends.
My therapist, Joe, has been amazing! I am actually enjoying the exercises he has planned for me. I can already tell a difference in how I was feeling previously. And, he’s a very nice, respectful man to work with, as well as the lovely young lady working at the front desk. I couldn’t be happier in choosing NovaCare!
