NovaCare Rehabilitation - Forest Hills

I went in after I dislocated my patella at cheer practice and I’m working with mainly McKenzie but also Joey. they’ve been the best at building up my strength back instead of telling me to stop (which just made my case worse both morally and physically!) . Most importantly they’ve helped me morally understand what was going on and that changed everything! I’m still recovering but I’m getting closer and closer to my goal of being back and all thanks to their fantastic help !!! Forever grateful to have such people on my side and that just want me succeed and achieve my goals and overall wellbeing!

I’ve had an awesome experience at NovaCare! Mackenzie and Joe have been incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout my PT treatment. They explain everything clearly, make each session comfortable, and I’ve seen real improvement thanks to their guidance. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Joe, Mckenzie, and Monique have made my long experience - a year and a half - in Physical Therapy so much better. All of them are exciting, encouraging, and kind with wanting to see the best version of yourself. With getting re-injured during my time at NovaCare, Joe and Mckenzie were both adaptive to myself specifically and made my recovery the best it could possibly be. It made me feel like I wasn't just a patient, but an actual person that they truly cared about and wanted to help progress both mentally and physically. You also never have to worry about having a bad PT session or scheduling issues when coming here. They'll always try to find a way to make your day, and Monique will ALWAYS do her best to find the perfect times to get you in. This place has been truly amazing, and I don't think most people doing Physical Therapy would normally say that.

I've never had PT before but coming into this place makes you feel like you're home. The people are super friendly yet professional, I learned I had a malady that I didn't know I had and with continuing care I feel better than I have in many years. Mo is wonderful and keeps really good tabs on me. And Joe is a wonder to behold. I'm very grateful for what the people at NovaCare have done for me and I highly recommend them to anybody who needs help getting better.

Joe provided exceptional service with a well thought-out and detailed therapy plan. His knowledge and expertise in the field made it very easy to understand the recovery process and stay motivated throughout therapy.
