Yes I had New Look out to fix settling cracks in my home. However, after charging me an arm and a leg they claim the cracks cannot be fixed by the process they used. They also came out to paint my bathroom and left drips, peeling paint. I had to fight to have them even fix that mess. Poor customer service even by the owner

The crew @ New Look Painting was wonderful - from the quote/estimating process to reviewing the final product, I'm very impressed with the work that was completed. I'm so happy with how our rooms turned out, especially with wallpaper accent walls in all rooms; everything came together so nicely (peep, our kitty in the office room with kitty wallpaper)!

New Look Painting did an amazing job with repainting our entire interior of our home. Al & Josh were very respectful and professional, they took extremely good care of our home and furniture ensure nothing was damaged during the process. Both Al & Josh had great attitudes and friendly demeanor, our family mises seeing them in the mornings now, after two weeks we had grown accustomed to them. The paint work is near perfection, they were meticulous in their process ensuring everything was done to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely hire NLP for more work in the future and specifically request Al & Josh.
