MotorCity Floors did a fantastic job on my garage floor. A want but also a need - crumbling a bit - as I always dreamed of my home having a garage floor so beautiful! It's given a well built, lovingly maintained 1948 home a face lift. I look forward to coming home to it and might dawdle a bit in my driveway before pulling in. Really beautiful. It's like another lovely room.

MotorCity Floors and Coatings will not reply to my voice mails or texts. I filled out a service request form (twice) about a problem with sealant their tech splashed on my siding and nobody from the company here in southeast Michigan will even respond. Left numerous voice messages; have not heard back from them. Nothing.

Extremely happy and satisfied with the work the MotorCity Floors and Coatings team accomplished. Garage floor work was accomplished a week ahead of expected schedule. Crew showed up to the house ready to work, all members were friendly and took pride in their work from prep to finish to include clean up around the area they were working. Went over care and warranty instructions in detail and reiterated to reach out immediately should any issues arise. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Buyer Beware... Max @ MotorCity came to my house to quote on my garage floors. He promised a referral of $100 Amazon gift card for anyone I recommended their product who ends up buying. Well, he didn't keep his word and his office doesn't respond to my emails asking for the gift card. Funny thing, why discredit yourself? I recommended Max to my neighbor & gave him Max's contact info. When Max came to give the quote, my neighbor asked if I would get the $100 referral Amazon gift card and Max said yes. Now that the job is done and paid for I expected to get the card in the mail but that didn't happen. So I wrote an email to Max and copied in Rose in the office... no response so I emailed them a 2nd request and again no response. What a stupid way to upset customers and ruin potential new business. I will not recommend MotorCity - a bad experience and they don't even seem to care. Buyer Beware... ☹️

Motor city Floors installed our garage floor January 2022. The floor did not harden so they came back and replaced it. In 2023 we noticed a crack in the floor. Once again we contacted them. They told us there would be a charge to fix the floor and they would send someone out to look at it. We have contacted them several times but no one has come to look at the floor. So we still have a crack in it.

First sent them an email they claim they never received. Then sent a DM and received 1 response. I responded with a question and they never bothered to respond. I can’t imagine the type of work they perform when they can’t even bother to respond to someone trying to use their service. Th Al god I did not spend money with them.

Very customer oriented and will do everything they can to make it right until you are completely satisfied. They do great work, and I love the garage floor they completed for me. Very professional customer rep who meets you on site for a walk through, and very conscientious in following up after the work is completed.
