I started acupuncture with Craig the last week of December after plateauing in physical therapy with lower back pain. I needed to add something to the treatment plan. I had convinced myself that I was too shy of needles to ever have acupuncture. A dear friend and client of Craig's encouraged me to try it. I am so glad she did. Craig totally made a believe out of me. I didn't think acupuncture was all that it's hyped to be. But, Craig totally made a believer outta me. He was very attentive to my specific needs. Recovering from addiction, mentel health well-being, and problems w/ sciatic nerve. He even gifted me the best herbal/muscle & joint relief lotion. My appt was on Wednesday and I was running a 5K on Friday. No lie!!!
I am extremely happy with the treatment I am receiving at medical mile massage. My therapist uses a wide range of techniques which I have not experienced with any other therapist. I have seen significant improvements in my range of motion, posture, gait, and flexibility. It is a very professional setting, and my therapist always takes the time to listen to my concerns. My body is healing in ways I did not think possible.
