A plow blew a hydraulic line on my senior citizens property. And left a big mess. Hydraulic fluid is dyed red, so it looked like a murder scene. My mom called the plow company and they knew about it but had no plans to check it out. A secretary came out and said they would send somebody. The somebody spent about twenty minutes hosing things and left. The owner ignored me on the matter until i left a google review. He asked me to remove it and he would clean the issue up. I removed it, now its a month later, the entire driveway is a red oil slick. My wheelchair bound father is tracking oil with his wheel chair ruining carpets. Lousy undependable service. They are probably timely 10% of the time. Shame on me for using them again this year. They will probably say they were surprised by the snowfall, but they shouldn’t have been, it’s December in Michigan. Still haven’t seen them and their voicemail is full, had been since early fall.

Pool installed 3 years ago. Having problems ever since. Now tile is falling off and caulk is running. Outdoor kitchen drawer falling off. Poor customer service. They agreed to fix it 2 months ago and the still have not come out and haven't returned our messages.
