He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, personable, and it was very evident that he takes pride in being a part of the McDonald Plumbing family. Adam checked our septic lift station, and found to be not functioning properly. He replaced our old lift station with a new one. The new one works great! Adam was very knowledgeable and thorough. We would highly recommend him, very friendly and considerate.
