Dr Kelley and their staff is absolutely amazing with animals they are kind, caring, empathetic and they really work with you financially. Just when I thought I was going to have to put my cat Rio down because Animal Pet Emergency & Specialty Hospital diagnosed Rio with a UTI and a blockage was kept there for 3 days. I had a feeling Rio was being released too early because when removing the catheter Rio had only urinated one time after the catheter was removed and normally they want the pet to urinate several times before being discharged. I had to rush him back again after paying over $4,000. This time after leaving him there paying $2,000 and then calling and telling me he would need another surgery but before the animal pet emergency would do the surgery I had to come up with another four or $5000. It was 11:00pm and I couldn't get the money together that night so the animal emergency stopped his IV treatment therapy and told me Rio only had 24 hours to live if he did not have the surgery. I was so emotionally distressed and devastated and had come to the conclusion I would have to have Rio euthanized but I found Kelley's Animal Clinic and took him there and they immediately cared for him and did the surgery for only $1700. They also put me in contact with Heaven Can Wait who helped pay some of that money because they know how much I had already paid and even microchipped him for me. Jan the hospital administrator came out and talked to me and really helped me out with everything and it was so sweet it made me feel so relieved I knew Rio was in the best hands. I even had to take him back the next day cuz he had bleeding which was normal but they observed Rio all day and didn't charge. They are so wonderful. Dr. Kelley and staff really saved his life when the animal emergency was just going to basically let him die because I couldn't come up with a bunch of money in such little time. Hi 100% recommend Dr Kelley and their staff. Dr Kelley's Animal Clinic is truly about the caring for the animal and not about putting money in their pockets and they will do everything in their power to help you out.

We recently lost our 10yr old Savannah. He developed a neurological condition that, unfortunately, unable to be treated. Dr Kelley and Dr Sarah were very detailed in explaining everything. They, along with their team, Lacy, Ben, Marilee, and those not mentioned showed a great deal of compassion and provided Kazmir with the best care possible. The cost too is very affordable. Thank you all for providing the best care to Kazmir!

I have brought my small dog here twice to clean her teeth and the pricing has been amazing! My dog feels much better after her teeth cleaning. The work they do is very nice and friendly staff. My additional family members have brought their dog here for 20 years and we recommend Kelley’s animal clinic.

They helped a injured kitten I took in, I was told I could pick her up the next afternoon. They lied. 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten a returned call or anything. I'm pissed

They were very helpful at accommodating to get the cat an appointment. After that even though it was detrimental to the cat's health I had to chase them down for answers and they gave me none. Went to a different vet and the cat is already eating after 1 visit They just want your money here.

We have been coming here for years and recently our big girl needed to be seen. Her being a bigger dog has never been difficult for me, until a recent diagnosis. Even sick the trip to see Dr. Sarah was changeling for me. A staff member Ben was more then willing to bring her inside and into the room to see Dr. Sarah. Ben then held onto her while Dr. Sara listened to her lungs and heart. Dr. Sarah's veterinarian knowledge and her love for animals and all the friendly and helpful staff is why Kelly's Animal clinic will always be the place we turn to for all our fur babies needs.
