Jess was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Let me start by saying that I am NOT a makeup person and was very anxious about this for my wedding day. I wanted to look like myself, so I asked Jess for a natural look. I typically only wear foundation and mascara, so I stepped out of my comfort zone having my makeup professionally done, but Jess made me feel so comfortable. I am a BIG cryer, so she recommended fake eyelashes which I was also hesitant about, but again Jess put me at ease and reassured me that they would hold up much better. Aubrey is fantastic! She's very knowledgeable, great with color, skilled at cuts, and will teach you how to best care for your hair and how to achieve the style you want at home. She'll also be kindly honest if what you want won't work for your hair type. I feel very comfortable and cared for in her chair. The salon itself is clean and pretty; all the staff are friendly and supportive of each other. It's a great place!
EXCELLENT QUALITY SERVICE!!! Jessica is a game changer, and I would travel from New Zealand (if I lived there) to Grand Rapids just so I could have my favorite lady do my hair. Plus, she is so friendly, she listens to what you want, and she knows her stuff very well. I asked for what I wanted ... I got what I wanted and then some. Plus plus, she looks like Mary from Selling Sunset, so she's gorgeous. I love Jessica!!! (I have heard many great things about a lot of the hair stylists there, I just love my Jessica:) ) Have I mentioned that I love Jessica? lol
