Fantastic experience from the first call. My furnace went out on the coldest night of the year. I called another company that had 24hr service. They told me my furnace could not be repaired and tried to pressure me to sign a very expensive quote and pay half down in order for them to leave space heaters. They told me it would be a week for install. I called Jacobson’s at 8am and they were at my house shortly after 9. The quote was thousands of dollars less than I had received from the other company. They were able to install my new furnace the same day! I would recommend them to anyone. Honest, fair, kind and efficient!
We just had our system replaced - a/c and furnace...and they did it in a day. Honestly, we really enjoyed the who process: from the estimate - super clear and concise and knew the final price before they left; to install with Tim and Ross. Both men were super communicative, sensitive to my wife working at home, to loving on our crazy dog who wouldn't leave them alone. The install was smooth, the explanation clear. And a follow up the two days later.
