Jeff came and reviewed our existing HVAC system. He made a recommendation where we were able to use some of our existing hardware, saving us money. He could have easily said everything needs to be replaced. We appreciate his honesty. The installers Mark, Kevin and Ross did a great job. The job was completed in one day. We are very pleased.
awesome service from Jacobson's. They put a furnace in for me a few years ago and this year replaced a 30 year old a/c unit. Big shout out to Tom Vanderson along with the excellent Service Tech Jim and the install crew James and Ross. 100% happy!
We are always impressed with the service we receive from Jacobson's. From the people that do the scheduling to the technicians, everyone is friendly, professional and helpful. The most recent technicians we interacted with were Kevin, Aiden and Mike who came to install a new humidifier in our home. They did a great job, were in and out quickly and we are much happier with this humidifier.
