Danny was processional, timely and priced fairly. Danny helped me make the right decisions for the house I needed inspected and did a thorough and revealing job. I would not feel comfortable buying a home unless you have Danny check it out first.

Danny from Ink Inspections was Excellent! He was very kind and professional and was very thorough with the inspection of our our home. We had the New Buyers inspection with sewer scope and Thermal Imaging add on services. I particularly appreciated the report afterwards which was easy to reach and provided helpful pictures and recommendations.

Danny was was very kind and professional throughout the home inspection. He answered my questions as we did the walk through and summarized each identified issues. His report was detailed with photos for each individual issue and categorized as a safety issue and/or recommendation. I would work with him again in the future. He's great, highly recommend. He's also bilingual - Spanish/English.
