Jenisom office: The culture of this staff—their communication, compassion, support, and education—somehow turns a 10/5 experience into a real thing (yes, math was defeated here). I actually look forward to coming in, which feels suspicious for something involving pain. I leave knowing how to manage my pain better at home without meds, move more like a functional human again, and feel genuine hope for recovery. Huge shout-out to Grant, Lindsey, Ellie, Alyssa, and D (Danielle), who took what could have been a painful, tear-filled experience and transformed it into one full of laughter, encouragement, and straight-up celebration. If healing had a fan club, this team would be it. 🎉

I'd just like to say. I was very nervous about starting physical therapy, on my back. All the people are very caring , and very friendly. They really, all work well together. I have never had to go to therapy before this. I say, if you have to pick a physical therapy office. Pick the Hulst Jepsen office . On 32nd ave in hudsonville. So many kind and caring people. They really take the time to care for you.

Excellent location and staff. Very happy with my referral from my doctor. I have been going to this location for about 1.5 yrs. I have worked with Danny and Sarah, both provide excellent care not only caring about my physical health but my overall heath and wellbeing. I enjoy coming to therapy each week and look forward to seeing my friends!

I see Amanda who goes over and above in regards to treating me. She is compassionate and always listens .
The front desk staff are also friendly and helpful.

Amber has provided me with extrordinary rehab. She is truely skilled!

I have has multiple therapy sessions and the staff are most welcoming and informative. They call me by name. They ask for my feedback. And I have had successful outcomes that have permitted me to resume my lifestyle for which at times I thought not possible. They also encourage follow-up should I have any difficulties once therapy is complete.

Brooke has been wonderful. She listens with genuine empathy, takes time to fully understand, and when my condition unexpectedly regressed, she offered steady encouragement and adjusted my therapy in ways that truly supported my improvement.

I had the same problem for 2.5 years. I went to 9 doctors and another physical therapist with no answers. Sarah is the only one to finally treat and understand my issues.
