It's overwhelming! But in a good way! Lots of things to see that I didn't know existed! Laurie, the sales associate, told me people bring coffee to browse. It's definitely a great place to find things at great prices!

I recently had a tricky return of a large flower pot! I had the best experience because I was met by two genuinely caring individuals who were two of the best customer service reps I've had in a long time! HomeGoods was always my favorite shopping place when I lived in Illinois. Now that I am in Michigan I am disappointed in the Homegood side of the store since it is so messy and poorly presented. However, the TJ Max receives 5 stars. Everything is sized and nicely presented. How can 2 stores be combined and so differently maintained. I still shop at both but spend more time on the TJ side. Employees are nice, just not enough.
