I had a woman named Quin (I believe), and dang did she understand the assignment. She did a fantastic military style high fade, went above and beyond in terms of attention to detail and the extra mile with the foil razor. She must have sensed that I'm not much of a talker and didn't try to fill in the silence which I greatly appreciate. Great experience to something that I otherwise typically dread.
I had a great experience at Great Clips Knapp Corner! The staff were friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. My haircut turned out exactly how I hoped—clean, fresh, and done quickly without feeling rushed. The salon was clean, well-organized, and the check-in process was smooth.
The price was very affordable, and I also appreciated receiving a veteran discount. That extra gesture really means a lot. I definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a quality haircut and great customer service!
Today my stylist was Jazz (Jas?) and she was wonderful. Very satisfied and happy with how she cut my hair. Very patient, took her time and listened to what I was asking for. Thank you Jazz! You did a fantastic job
