Like being able to call ahead so you don't have to wait there. They tell you a wait time and take your name. I haven't had a bad experience yet. All the girls that work there are very good at their job, and also very nice.
Did great with my son and I loved the speed and I didn't have to wait that long to get in.. I used the check in service and wanted maybe 3 minutes for my son to get in first and maybe 6 minutes for my turn.
