From the first phone call to today’s visit with GRAPIDS. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! The technicians are very polite, HONEST and DONT push you to buy the most expensive unit(s). Tyler and Jonah came out Friday, to evaluate things. Tyler “dumbafied “ things for my husband and I to easily understand. Very grateful for that! Then we had Erika come out in Saturday to give us an estimate on what a new a/c unit would cost us. Blake, the service technician was outstanding by going above and beyond in repairing our exhaust duct work. I cannot enough about his knowledge and professionalism in handling the repairs. Certainly recommend Grapids for all your heating and cooling needs.

Sam & Ephram did an awesome job with our AC, Furnace and Water Heater install. Very happy with the start to finish process. Greg was very helpful with determining what we need, and James was awesome with letting us know what wasn’t up to snuff. Thank you to everyone!
