From the first phone call to today’s visit with GRAPIDS. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! The technicians are very polite, HONEST and DONT push you to buy the most expensive unit(s). Tyler and Jonah came out Friday, to evaluate things. Tyler “dumbafied “ things for my husband and I to easily understand. Very grateful for that! Then we had Erika come out in Saturday to give us an estimate on what a new a/c unit would cost us. Technician named Austin came by and replaced a flush valve in my toilet. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Got toilet fixed at a reasonable cost and did a well done job. A good guy.

Awesome crew!
Major plumbing job. Including but not limited to excavation of my wickedly steep front yard and breaking a ton of concrete in my basement to replacing my pipes, hooking everything up and even bought me pizza!! ❤️
