Missed serious lab abnormality which caused heart problems. I ended up needing additional treatment and could have died had my specialist not been alarmed by my labs and called immediately to get me seen by a “ real doctor” pitiful how this ER has gone down hill Shame on you Trinity !!!

Paid the hospital $470 and got a random 2nd bill called “doctors bill” of $723 and the office is located in Chicago. I went to the hospital in Michigan. The doctor didn’t even do anything I got cream and steroids from CVS. And my hand isn’t fully healed why would I pay a total of $1,100 when they didn’t even cure my hand🤣 ridiculous I only pay the real hospital bill not this unknown “doctor bill” straight scam.

*SCAM ALERT* Just another company trying to take advantage of individuals. They said i went to a certain hospital and then i told them i didnt go to that specific hospital i went to a different one. Then they tried to tell me that i DID go to that hospital, when in fact I have my ACTUAL hospital bill from the ACTUAL hospital. After that went on for about 30 minutes, I was finally able to get ahold of the supervisor who told me we could do a three person call with the hospital they were claiming i went to, and us. I said okay lets do that so we can get this issue resolved immediately. They then said the only way we could do a 3 person call is if i called the hospital first and had them start the 3 person call from their end. MASSIVE SCAMMERS. They are a 3rd party company that phishes data from hospitals and send fake bills to peoples houses. Throw that bill away, not your money. *SCAM ALERT*

In an attempt to call and find out if there was financial assistance, I ended up having to call multiple times and eventually drove to tears before I could speak to a supervisor without putting money down, right now, on the amount owed. Its not even past due yet. I only received the bill a week ago. In addition its on top of the charge from the hospital for my ER visit. And as instructed by Mercy Health, you are a 3rd party provider on contract, I would need to negotiate any bills from you with you, and that any arrangements I make with them, or their payment plan partner, would be separate from the bill provided by 3rd parties, and not affected by any negotiated settlement on my account. Their words, not mine.I did not want to go to the Emergency room due to my inability to pay. I also didn't expect to be poorly served and disrespected by your contracted Doctor in the process. He spent 90 seconds with me, told me what I already knew, did nothing, except to tell me I could come back. I ended up having to go to a free clinic for help. I missed work, and my issue has gotten worse. But I wont return to your credit killer network of unexperienced and unethical malpracticers. No thanks. I requested an itemized bill to justify the $723.00 charged for my experience of 90 seconds of apathy and indifference. I do not believe I will receive it. Further I do not believe given my experience so far there is any room for negotiation or charity on behalf of my account. But I digress.I got off the phone in tears. I ended up having a stress related episode that also affects my current medical situation. All because getting your money was more important than having a conversation. I have anxiety, especially with organizations like this, who treat all of us, like you do. I am poor, uninsured, and marginalized, your practice doesn't provide people like me with real care, but further economic hardship. My dignity as frail as it is, is intact, but thanks to your deliberate attempts to prevent me from asking for financial help, your process created a health crisis. How is your conscience? How does that fit into your Statement, Company Values, Mission?

Absolutely horrible customer service. They refuse to call my insurance company to resolve a billing/insurance error and claim “they don’t do outbound calls” per Alfred at GREMG.
