Quick and easy if you have a scheduled time. I didn’t know that they charge for windscreen fluid. I mean $100 for an oil change you think that would be included. Otherwise it was great.

Took my Tiguan SE in for the 40k mi. Service, first time going to Gezon, and the service was great. My car was done quicker than I anticipated too. This is where I’ll be taking my VWs to from now on???

They were extremely helpful in getting my keys fixed for my beetle! They were quick and responsive, and I never had any issues reaching any of the different centers. I was even able to get my new keys ahead of schedule, and they were very quick to help me program my keys too! The employees were very friendly and very nice to work with while dealing with my issue.
