Mike came out and assessed the situation and provided us with a lot of detail on what happened and why and how to fix it. We scheduled the repair and it was quick and painless and cost much less than a few other quotes we got. We are happy with the result and would recommend foundation specialist to anyone needed crack repair in their foundation.

I’m glad to recommend these folks! They have worked to solve a long time problem in my basement. I knew I had a leak, and had been made aware that there was an issue with part of the wall. Well we found out the issue was mor serious than I had believed. They were so good to brace the wall, under the driveway and in the basement. Then they fixed the driveway when they were done. I now have a sump pump too and they laid the pipe so it went to the front yard. I’m impressed by their professionalism. I would use them again for sure!

The concrete storage room beneath my front porch was damp, musty, and moldy, making it unusable. Foundation Specialist sealed the walls and ceiling of the room with a liner, and installed a drainage system to capture any moisture that might enter the room. The room is now clean, dry and odor-free! Foundation Specialist’s team finished their work in one day, sealed off the work area from the rest of finished basement, and did a great job cleaning up afterward.
