We had water coming into our basement over the holidays and Foundation Specialist LLC got back with us quickly to schedule a meeting. Mike came out and assessed the situation and provided us with a lot of detail on what happened and why and how to fix it. We scheduled the repair and it was quick and painless and cost much less than a few other quotes we got. We are happy with the result and would recommend foundation specialist to anyone needed crack repair in their foundation.

I’m glad to recommend these folks! They have worked to solve a long time problem in my basement. I knew I had a leak, and had been made aware that there was an issue with part of the wall. Well we found out the issue was mor serious than I had believed. They were so good to brace the wall, under the driveway and in the basement. Then they fixed the driveway when they were done. I now have a sump pump too and they laid the pipe so it went to the front yard. I’m impressed by their professionalism. I would use them again for sure!

Ernest and Bert did a great job fixing/sealing our basement wall which had a crack that let water in. They worked very efficiently and had a good time doing it; they were fun to be around. The work was done very well and they cleaned up the area before they left. Thank you!
