This family owned business recently repaired 2 pairs of shoes for me. They did it in a timely manner, at a great price, and with friendly customer service. If every business operated this way, it would be a much happier world. I'm headed back this week to get a coat repaired. Foot Works has won my business 100%. Also, they have an adorable friendly cat roaming the shop. Icing on the cake for me.
