We were greeted with the nicest people.
They even went out to the car and brought in the cats in their cages. We’re both 84 And they’re just too heavy for us to carry. They are both doing great!

Family Friends was a great experience for our kitten Sugar who had a bowel obstruction. Jess the vet tech was outstanding, very kind and personable and she made the process very smooth.
Over a holiday weekend my cat became incredibly sick and in visible pain. I took her to an Emergency Pet Hospital instead of Family Friends urgent care, I wish I had taken her to Family Friends in the first place!! The hospital misdiagnosed her with pancreatitis and sent me home with a large bill and a dying cat.
As she was obviously still in pain and vomiting the next night I began searching for another vet who could see her as soon as possible. At 3am I was able to use Family Friends online booking service to get her an appointment for 8am. They were incredibly kind and understanding and were able to quickly find out that it was an item in her intestine... read full review
