I exclusively go here for my dip manicures - the staff are so polite and lovely and my dip manicures are great every time. They get very busy and do a good job of fitting everyone in as quickly as they can.
We have been going here for years and the service has progressively gone down hill. We waited 20 minutes in a chair for a pedicure and then the nail tech got up multiple times to go take care of clients. Very disappointed.Service: Pedicure
I got my nails done here for the first time about two weeks ago. Within SIX days, I had chipping on 4 nails. I was out of state, so went back when I got home two weeks later for a repair. This was two days ago. Already chipping again. Customer service is amazing here, though. They are very sweet and considerate. If I didn’t have this second chipping, I would have continued going there! My pedi is still perfect.
