I’ve taken my kids to Cookie Cutters a hand full of times. Past experiences have been ok (depending on who you have). Toys/play area accessible while waiting. Cuts are typically good considering how much kids move around/wiggle. However due to that, my son got cut in his eyelid. Lite bleeding (thank god) but was a decent cut. I was very frustrated and all they did was take $6 off the cut price. No apology.

Brought my daughter in to get her first haircut! She’d been asking for a long time to cut it short so we ended up cutting about 8 inches off. It was our first time at cookie cutters/any hair salon and Lauren was our hair stylist. She was absolutely amazing!! So kind, patient, and just all around such a sweet person! Everyone in there was so kind though, you could feel they really love working with kids. I mentioned it was her first haircut and Lauren asked if I wanted a cut of her hair in a baggy and I thought that was a very sweet gesture. They had tvs for the kids and was just absolutely such a cute salon centered for kids, will absolutely be back and will be requesting Lauren!! They also have military and first responder discounts so that was nice to be able to use! Thank you so much for making this first experience so great!!

Got my 4-year old granddaughter a was and trim, $27 so kinda expensive but worth it for no hassle cut! Our stylist was very good with children and guided her distraction from wiggling!

We took our little over 1 year old guy there for the first formal hair cut and it went much better than we thought. We had Saige complete his hair cut who was patient, kind and flexible. We’re so glad to have the option of him sitting in our lap because there’s no way he would have sat still otherwise. The cut turned out even better than imagined. Will definitely be back in the future!
