My wife's 102-year-old grandmother has been here several times, It has been pricey but they did a nice job. Today a 30-dollar cut, and style cost her 50 dollars because they felt the need to up charge her for assistance. Her caregiver takes her and sits with her through the whole experience leaving them with maybe perhaps the need to repeat themselves. She is not an invalid but does sometimes drift off to sleep. I really don't understand the need to gouge our elders in the name of profit.

My hair was completely destroyed after 4 hours of foils. Don't ever do foils with Kim. She doesn't know what she is doing.Service: Balayage
