After receiving MUCH positive feedback about the honesty and integrity of this location and its owner, Tom MacInnes, and his mechanics, we took our 2022 Grand Cherokee to them for a complete evaluation before we drove across the country. We knew of no existing problems with the car but, we trusted them to tell us what if anything we would need done to ensure safe driving. They did a very comprehensive examination and performed only what needed to be done to ensure our safety. We were kept informed all along the process. Nothing was done without our approval. The work was done with expert care and knowledge, and in a timely and very affordable way! We could not have been more pleased with the service, the employees, and the overall experience. It was a delight to deal with folks that offer integrity and honesty and do so politely and very friendly! We highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you!

One of the best experiences I've had at a mechanic shop. They give you a full diagnoses with pictures and videos at every step. They were super honest with me about what actually needed to be done and what could wait until I could afford it. When I had a sensor come on a few weeks after my last visit they did another diagnostic and took care of it for free. They also offered to give me a ride back home and pick me up! I will never go anywhere else.

Love this place. The guys are honest and great to deal with. The shuttle is an absolute conscience and time saver and they treat you like family. All the guys are professional and work hard to communicate what is happening with your vehicle and repair and are honest about what your vehicle needs. There is no pressure to buy things you don’t need and no long drawn out sales pitch. These guys are awesome and super knowledgeable in what they do.

Excellent service!!! They fixed my transmission and even stayed late on a Friday to save me having to pay for a rental car over the weekend! Every person who I saw or talked to on the phone sounded like they wanted to be there and enjoyed helping people. Bonus point for having a clean and inviting bathroom!
