Stellar Start! I am a vendor advocate manager for a commercial facilities maintenance company. One of my customers in Michigan requested a vendor that was able to do both a repair and schedule preventive maintenance on all of their refrigeration equipment. Kevin Hastings, the Sales Engineer, completely made my day today! He was professional, well-mannered, and knowledgeable. Best of all was his communication; he was very quick to respond to my messages. It is a very rare and wonderful thing for a new vendor to turn in all of their paperwork on the same day, but Kevin was able to pull it off, which helped me to respond more quickly to my customer. Called Keyes to provide service & repair to my floral cooler. The dispatcher sent out technician Tyler who was very kind, insightful, and professional with his work! 5 stars for Tyler!
I had another company repair twice before I called Keyes... all I can say is that I should have called Keyes first.They were about to fix it right away and not have multiple service calls.
