Stellar Start! I am a vendor advocate manager for a commercial facilities maintenance company. One of my customers in Michigan requested a vendor that was able to do both a repair and schedule preventive maintenance on all of their refrigeration equipment. Kevin Hastings, the Sales Engineer, completely made my day today! He was professional, well-mannered, and knowledgeable. Best of all was his communication; he was very quick to respond to my messages.
