Connor thoroughly explains procedures with a calming and gentle touch, making patients feel completely relaxed and trusting. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. The space is super modern, clean, and LGBTQIA+ friendly. Services include Botox and PRF joint injections. One patient with severe shoulder pain for 15 years had full mobility and no pain after a series of shots. First-time Botox patients felt comfortable and received compliments for weeks about the results, describing them as absolutely beautiful and natural. Patients highly recommend CAPS for expert care, natural results, and a genuinely exceptional experience.
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Ringler and his team. My results have been even better than I could have imagined—truly life-changing. Years ago I had Dr. Ringler do a fat transfer on my face from losing so much weight. I was so happy with my results. I came back with another goal in mind I was greeted warmly. What impressed me was that Brooke recognized me as a previous patient. I came in to have consultation with Dr Ringler he was very kind and courteous as ever. He was so thorough and knowledgeable at explaining everything and most importantly honest to me about the pros, cons and all options and possibilities. With out me even asking I appreciated that so much.I don't think he left anything out. What sold me to get it done was when I met Lauren. She was such a sweetheart very compassionate. Even shared her personal story with me which she didn't have to. I'm a very nervous person and often think ok if something is going to go wrong it's going to happen to me one of those freak accidents. She helped put me as ease. She told me to keep on touch if I needed anything. Honestly we have. She's been a big part of my successful journey and my biggest support.I couldn't of done this with out her.I'm beyond happy with my mommy makeover. It has over exceeded my expectations. Dr Ringler is gifted at what he does. He has a passion in work and it shows. Just looks at my photo it speaks the truth.The day I had my procedure and got home Dr.Ringler called me to see how I was doing and told me to call him if I have any issues on his cell. This was on a holiday mind you. Who does that?!A person who truly cares about his patients! Dr Ringler and Lauren are one of kind. I'd recommend them to anyone you won't regret it. You will just wish you did it sooner.
