Ringler is a board-certified plastic surgeon recognized nationally and internationally. Patients highlight the kindness, gentle care, and extreme knowledge of specialist Connor Bowen, PA-C. Connor thoroughly explains procedures with a calming and gentle touch, making patients feel completely relaxed and trusting. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. The space is super modern, clean, and LGBTQIA+ friendly. Services include Botox and PRF joint injections. One patient with severe shoulder pain for 15 years had full mobility and no pain after a series of shots. First-time Botox patients felt comfortable and received compliments for weeks about the results, describing them as absolutely beautiful and natural. Patients highly recommend CAPS for expert care, natural results, and a genuinely exceptional experience.
This was my first time at this location and it was a really great experience from start to finish. The office is so clean, fresh, and welcoming. The front desk staff, especially Madison, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in super smooth. I saw Connor Bowen PA-C and he was amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel totally comfortable. The entire team was 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!
I recently visited the CAPS / Regencen in East Grand Rapids for Botox. I request Connor Bowen to be my specialist. He treated me with such kindness and gentle care. I am very impressed with Connor's extreme knowledge on all the muscle groups etc.... associated with your face and botox injections. Connor throughly discussed and explained the procedures. He has a very calming and gentle touch. I was completely relaxed and trusting. I loved being his patient and have plans to continue.
As someone who has never gotten Botox before, we attended the opening event last month to learn more about the offerings and affordability.
Their staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Connor from their team showed us around and told us all about the specials and offerings of the space. Our conversation made me feel more comfortable about the process and price.
The space is also super modern and clean and their team/space is LGBTQIA+ friendly. Can't wait to make my appointment!
